1. through the sound absorption method to solve. Plasterboard is installed on the bottom wall of the oxygen making machine to absorb radiation noise. We usually control the thickness of plasterboard at 2-4mm, which can greatly improve the absorptive capacity of high-frequency noise.

2. the way of damping and damping. With the largest radiation noise on the side of the shell, the damping belt and the damping material should be installed to increase the attenuation function of the vibration.

3. can be solved by sound insulation. The whole shell is coated with sound insulation material to reduce the efficiency of radiation.

4. constraint damping. The damping steel plate shell structure is added, the damping rubber is filled in the middle, and then the blockage in every area of the oxygen generator is blocked, so that the radiation noise of the shell can be effectively reduced.

Through the above measures, the channel of noise propagation is optimized. After testing, the sound pressure of the high frequency part is well controlled. But the low frequency part of the radiation is still very large. This is due to the coupling of the vibration and noise of the oil free compressor and the air noise of the solenoid valve. So the further work lies in the control of the coupling noise source.
